Shipping Policies

At Rave Off Road, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy to understand our shipping procedures and how we handle various scenarios. 

Order Processing:

  • Unless specified as an item on "backorder," most items are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days of placing your order.
  • Third Party / OEM truck parts may require special order and lead times may be extended, even if not marked as "backordered"
  • We reserve the right to ship orders within 30 days. However, we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
  • Feel free to reach out anytime for an update on your shipping status. 

Estimated Fulfillment Times:

  • Some products and variants may be listed with estimated fulfillment times to provide buyers with an approximate arrival date. These estimates are there to help you plan accordingly. You may reach out to us anytime to better understand your arrival date. 

Overnight Shipping:

  • Some products may be available for overnight shipping. We do not guarantee overnight shipping from the day you purchase the item, but rather from the day the item is shipped. We often can meet the demand of a next day delivery and have helped dozens of people in a bind needed parts next day, but you MUST reach out to a member of our team to verify availability of next day delivery. We go very much out of our way to ensure your package is dropped off to the courier at the earliest time possible. No refunds are given for overnight shipping. 

International Shipping:

  • We ship internationally using USPS, UPS, or DHL. Please note that international shipments may incur tariffs, import fees, administrative charges, brokerage fees, and other costs imposed by the courier. We cannot control the fees charged by different countries, so it is the buyer's responsibility to understand these potential charges. If you have specific concerns about a particular courier, feel free to contact us for a custom quote with your preferred option.

Standard Shipping Issue Resolution:

  • We take utmost care to ensure that our shipments are well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • If your order contains items that arrive damaged, incomplete, or if you encounter any other shipping-related issues, please reach out to us promptly.
  • To facilitate resolution, please contact us with your order number and provide details regarding the issue within 10 days of the posted delivery date for items with tracking numbers. 
  • For items without a tracking number, please notify us within 20 days of the order shipping date.
  • We cannot offer shipping issue resolution outside of these timeframes.
  • If your item has arrived damaged, take a picture, contact us right away and do not install the product. Installed items are not eligible for shipping damage protection. 
  • If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:

    • Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation email.
    • Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
    • Look around the delivery location for your package.
    • Safely check if someone else accepted the delivery, or if the delivery was made to a neighbor. 
    • Check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail. Some packages travel through multiple carriers.
    • Wait 48 hours. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
    • If you haven't received your package, contact us within 30 days of expected delivery. We'll do everything we can to help.
    • We require a 10 business day waiting period after lost packages are reported before we can offer a resolution. Most of the time, the package will be correctly delivered within this waiting period. 

Premium Shipping Issue Resolution:

  • We offer package protection as an optional service automatically applied at checkout. To opt out, simply remove the item from your cart before checkout.
  • Orders with package package protection experience hassle-free shipping issue resolution. 
  • Package protection can save you time and hassle if an issue arises. 
  • We require that claims are made within 10 days of the posted delivery date.
