Return Policy

At RAVE Off Road, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Hassle-Free Refund/Exchange:

  • We offer a 30-day hassle-free refund/exchange policy on all products, provided they meet the following conditions:
    • The item(s) must be uninstalled, unopened, and unused.
    • Items must remain in their original packaging and original condition.
    • Items may not be customized or made-to-order.
    • Customers are responsible for the shipping activity and costs associated with returning the item(s).

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed after a thorough inspection of the returned items once received by RAVE.
  • Please note that we reserve the right to deduct a percentage of the refund amount on items that are damaged, modified, opened, installed, or incomplete.
  • Shipping insurance policies are encouraged to protect your return shipment.
  • Once shipped, original shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • If returns coverage was purchased at coverage return label will be covered. Otherwise, return label costs are deducted from the refund amount.
  • Returned items may incur a 10% restocking fee.
  • In the case of a stolen package - NO REFUNDS ARE PROVIDED but we are happy to assist you with a claim. The claim requires an affidavit claiming theft and if approved, would result in a free, replacement duplicate order.

Fitment/Compatibility Responsibility:

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify fitment and compatibility with your vehicle before making a purchase.

International Orders:

  • Orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States are not eligible for returns.

Suspicious Activity

  • In the event of suspicious activity, we reserve the right to:
    • Deny return requests
    • Cancel new orders
  • For example:
    • "My shipment never arrived"
    • "I would like to return the replacement for my missing shipment."
    • Payments flagged as potential fraud
    • Orders from accounts with excessive returns

Cancellation Policy

At Rave Off Road, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. We strive to make the cancellation process as straightforward as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below for more information.

Order Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your order, as long as it has not shipped, within 24 hours of placing it. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
  • If you need to add items to an existing order, do not place a duplicate order with the intent to cancel the first as cancellation policies will still apply. Instead, contact us and we will edit your order and send a balance due with payment link to your email inbox.  

*Due to a recent increase in order cancellations, all cancellations will incur a 3.5-6% cancellation fee. This is to cover the sunk cost of the credit card processing fee from your original transaction. 

    Cancellation After 24 Hours:

    • If you wish to cancel your order after the initial 24-hour window, please contact our customer support team by filling out the form below. In such cases, cancellation will be subject to minimum 5% cancellation fee. Depending on the stage of order processing and product customization, cancellation fees may reach up to 10% for off-the-shelf orders and 50% for custom or made-to-order items. All Westcott Designs products incur an additional 10% cancellation fee. 
    • Once an item has been shipped, conditions of your return fall under the return policy above.

    Custom or Made-to-Order Items:

    • Orders for custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation after the initial 24-hour window. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your specific situation.

    Refund Process:

    • If your cancellation request is approved and a refund is applicable, we will process the refund within a reasonable time frame using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

    Cancellation Fees:

    • Cancellation fees, if applicable, will vary based on factors such as order value, product type, and order processing stage. Our customer support team will provide you with the details specific to your order.
